Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups Buttermilk
- 5 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and sugar). In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, milk, buttermilk and melted butter. Keep the two mixtures separate until you are ready to cook.
- Lightly oil a frying pan or griddle and heat to medium heat.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture, stir together just until blended. Do not over mix. Pour or scoop approximately 1/2 cup of batter for each pancake onto the heated pan or griddle. Once bubbles form over most of the pancake flip over and cook until both sides are golden brown.
- Top with your favorite topping.
