junior sized carrots baby food

sifted all purpose flour

teaspoon
Salt

heaping teaspoon
baking soda

teaspoons
cinnamon
Instructions
Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, oil, and carrots.
Next add flour which had been sifted with salt, soda, and cinnamon.
Pour into 2 floured 9″ round cake pans.
Bake carrot cake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
