Sour Cream Pound Cake
A wonderful, moist pound cake recipe.
Ingredients
2
sticks
margarine (softened)
3
cups
Sugar
6
Eggs
1
cup
Sour Cream
3
cups
cake flour
1/4
teaspoon
Soda
1
teaspoon
Vanilla
1
teaspoon
lemon extract
Instructions
Cream margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Add remaining ingredients gradually.
Be sure to mix cake thoroughly.
Spoon into prepared Bundt pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 350° or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
