    Ingredients
    
                - 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 finely diced small onion
- 1 finely diced zucchini
- 1 finely diced green pepper
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2-1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 cans tomato puree
- 2 cans petite diced tomatoes
- 1 pound cooked ground beef or italian sausage (optional)

    Instructions
    
                - Saute garlic, onion, zucchini and bell pepper in olive oil for approx 10-15 minutes.
