  1. Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, oil, and carrots.
  2. Next add flour which had been sifted with salt, soda, and cinnamon.
  3. Pour into 2 floured 9" round cake pans.
  4. Bake carrot cake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
