- 2 sticks margarine (softened)
- 3 cups Sugar
- 6 Eggs
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 3 cups cake flour
- 1/4 teaspoon Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 teaspoon lemon extract

Instructions
- Cream margarine and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time.
- Add remaining ingredients gradually.
- Be sure to mix cake thoroughly.
- Spoon into prepared Bundt pan.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350° or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean.
