Banana Bread

Moist, flavorful banana bread is great for breakfast or a little something sweet with coffee or tea.

Ingredients
- 2 Cup Self-rising Flour
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp. Soda
- 1 Cup Buttermilk
- 3-4 Ripe Bananas
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 3/4 Cup Chopped Pecans or Walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- 1.
Mix together first four ingredients.
- 2.
Add buttermilk, bananas, vanilla and Crisco.
- 3.
(Optional) Add pecans or walnuts if desired.
- 4.
Pour in greased and floured loaf pan.
- 5.
Bake at 350° for 30-40 minutes."
