Carrot Cake

Ingredients
- 4 Eggs
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
- 2 jars junior sized carrots baby food
- 2 cups sifted all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 heaping teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Instructions
- 1.
Beat eggs slightly, add sugar, oil, and carrots.
- 2.
Next add flour which had been sifted with salt, soda, and cinnamon.
- 3.
Pour into 2 floured 9" round cake pans.
- 4.
Bake carrot cake at 350° for about 30 minutes."
