Pecan Pie

Simple and Easy Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
- 1 Cup Light Karo Syrup
- 1/8 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 1/2 Cup Pecans
- 1 Store bought or Pre-made Pie Crust
- 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morselss, (Optional)
Instructions
- 1.
Mix together eggs and sugar.
- 2.
Add butter and Karo syrup.
- 3.
Mix well and add salt, vanilla and the pecans.
- 4.
Pour the mixture in a pie shell and bake for 50-60 minutes on 350°. (If the edges get too dark, cover them with aluminum foil half way during baking.)"
