Simple and Easy Pecan Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/4 Cup Melted Butter
  • 1 Cup Light Karo Syrup
  • 1/8 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 1 1/2 Cup Pecans
  • 1 Store bought or Pre-made Pie Crust
  • 1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morselss, (Optional)

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Mix together eggs and sugar.

  2. 2.

    Add butter and Karo syrup.

  3. 3.

    Mix well and add salt, vanilla and the pecans.

  4. 4.

    Pour the mixture in a pie shell and bake for 50-60 minutes on 350°. (If the edges get too dark, cover them with aluminum foil half way during baking.)"
