Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
- 2 lb frozen hash browns
- 1/2 cup Melted Butter
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 pint Sour Cream
- 2 rolls Ritz Crackers, Crushed
- 1/2 stick Melted Butter
Instructions
- 1.
Mix first six ingredients and put in 13 x 9 pan.
- 2.
Pour melted butter over crushed crackers and mix with a fork.
- 3.
Sprinkle the cracker crumbs over the top of the casserole.
- 4.
Bake at 325º for 1 hour."
