Red Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 1 1/2 lbs lbs red skin potatoes
- 3-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- garlic powder
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
- 1.
Wash potatoes, quarter and place in mixing bowl.
- 2.
Add olive oil and mix until evenly coated.
- 3.
Spread on baking sheet and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- 4.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- 5.
Bake on 350° for approximately 30 minutes."
